We pin-point the best areas to manufacture your specific needs. This allows us to keep low prices while still maintaining the highest quality. When deciding on what products you design you need to be aware of the quantities. Smaller quantities are not necessarily cost effective, unless the product is something of high value. You need to take into consideration the cost of shipping, packaging, and port charges or other required fees. When making these decisions we will have a representative evaluate the amounts and cost effectiveness of these products.


Samples of Pre-Production & Design Services
We provide you with door to door ___? Cost comparison in a spread sheet format. That easily allows you to evaluate your product. We require from our partners technical drawings and as much information on the product as possible. The more information that our partners provide up-front the smoother the project flows. Every job starts with your requirements, specifications, capacity, and yearly manufacturing demand. We look for suppliers and pre-qualify them with our partners for a seamless process. Our engineers review and/or re-design the product if needed. We then interface with the manufacturer for the prototype production. There is a project evaluation for feasibility of success and a supplier market assessment. Then you will obtain a pre-production sample. Visiting our suppliers is available and beneficial but not required for the process. Some of the reasons to visit the suppliers will be for technical evaluation of your product. Each partner should weigh in the benefits against the cost of making the trip. We want are partners to know that regardless of the decision we still strive for the best quality control processes every step of the way.


We deliver high quality products

All our electrical producers, forging producers, metal-stamping producers are all inspected and approved through our high quality-control process. Making a product in China allows our partners to take advantage of lower cost endeavors.
