The Process
Many people fail in Asia, because they try alone or with companies that do not know how to work with American businesses. They go with companies that do not have their best interest at heart. For example: Prices get higher, delivery after the first couple of shipments becomes slow, product begins to lack from original, etc. The benefit of working with a U.S. Company is that we are working in Asia and around the Globe on your behalf. We know the local representation in Asia and in other countries. Our exclusive relationships allow us to defend our Partners’ rights. We have relationships with government officials and have worked in Asia for several decades and can get through the process faster. It indeed is “Who” you know.

We begin by continues negotiations on terms including pricing, payment terms, discounts and unique supply agreement. Once everything is reviewed and approved you product is ready for delivery. The Chinese companies and vendors are required to sign a Confidentiality Non Disclosure Agreements (NDA). These agreements are confidential and vendors are aware of the loss of revenue and reputation if any information is disclosed. We offer the highest level of quality assurance. Your product then goes through our quality control center to be inspected before delivery. We then send you a pre-production sample for your approval.

We provide easy ways to outsourcing
There are several keys to a successful sourcing project. We feel that AmerAsia Inc. is successful due to the experienced Project Management Team and Quality Control program we offer.

Our project management Team
The Team starts out by developing our partners’ needs. Our team analyzes what you will be sourcing and goes through a project planning process. Then the project manager will review and assist you with your proposal and begin the manufacturing processes. When the project is finalized and the proposals are approved the process begins. We then develop shipping charts that allow you to track your products from start to end. We provide weekly shipping status updates, when the product is at sea and/or at the ports of call. We provide you with a shipping schedule with estimated times of arrival which are done on a weekly basis. Should any phase of the project have an issue, we notify our partners immediately. We then insure that any changes or corrections are done efficiently.

When a project is finalized and approved we began the process. During this time we make sure the product has been designed to your exact specifications. It is then inspected in China and a final choice is agreed upon before shipping. In China the quality is unsurpassed due to the ISO 9001/2000 certification our management follows. This certification reduces the number of universal quality management principals required. Many of our vendors are ISO certified. This allows us to not have problems during the multiple checkpoints in China and the United States.

People who do not know about outsourcing are not aware about the unfolding progression China has. There manufacturing is very sophisticated. They are involved in the latest robotics, cellular technology, electronics, welding, paint spray, etc. Due to high cost of parts, labor, and manufacturing restriction in other countries, China provides many capabilities that other locations cannot provide.
